http://www.sustainnc.org

On a much anticipated night in the new, LEED certified Convention Center in downtown Raleigh, hundreds of business owners and operators gathered from around the state to find out who would be honored with a Sustainable NC Green Award. After gathering with thousands of others, including the AASHE group holding their conferences, to hear key-note speaker Peter Senge and then adjourning to a private ballroom the Sustainable NC awards were presented by board members and current president Katy Ansardi. Here are the results from over 50 applicants.
